TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our subscriptions allow for flexibility, allowing you to record when you want, and pay for your sessions consistently over time. Our subscriptions cover the costs of one 3-hour recording session per month. (Multiple subscriptions can be purchased if you plan on consistently recording more than once per month.) Your number of sessions is your total number of sessions you have used since your subscription started. Your number of accrued sessions is the number of sessions you have paid for since you started paying for your subscription. An unpaid session is one recording session that occurred once your number of sessions exceeded your number of accrued sessions. A paid session is one recording session that occurred when your number of sessions met or was below your number of accrued sessions.
All subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Any unpaid sessions at the time of canceling your subscription will be due within 7 days of cancellation. We recommend checking with us before canceling your subscription to make sure all of your sessions have been paid for. We have the right to deny a recording session if you have met or exceeded more than two sessions ahead of schedule. We have the right to deny a recording session if you have used all of your accrued sessions and your account has previously been subject to non-payment. Refunds for accrued sessions that were not used may be approved or denied at our discretion without explanation. Any un-refunded accrued sessions will remain available in your account for future use and will expire after one year. We understand life happens. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, and are afraid you might not be able to pay your subscription, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We are more than happy to see how we can help. Any adjustments made to your subscription because of financial difficulties are one-time exceptions and are not guaranteed to be approved in the future. Exceptions are approved or denied at our discretion.
